What is GazeAssist?

GazeAssist is a software that allows to control the computer mouse through eye-gaze, head movements and facial gestures. The sensor used is a depth-sensing webcam, so there is no need for markers or head mounted trackers.

Why GazeAssist?

GazeAssist provides a fast and independent access to your mouse functions. It enables a high bandwidth access to your computer, if you can’t use your mouse or have only restricted access to its functions due to an injury (repetitive strain injury, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc.) or more severe conditions (e.g. tetraplegia, ALS, …).

The fastest solution to control your computer handsfree. Place the mouse cursor instantly anywhere on the screen and fine tune the position with small head movements. Use facial gestures to activate instant clicks. No dwell time. No mouth piece.

No marker or headset required. GazeAsisst uses a depth-sensing webcam to see and understand you in 3D.

Extra Features

Recenter the mouse with single gesture. No need to readjust the mouse position hitting the borders of the screen. Assign gesture to pause/resume GazeAssist.
